I take an intensive 2-week period to evaluate your business and help you understand what needs to change to achieve your growth goals. We’ll accomplish this together by reviewing both quantitative and qualitative factors. We’ll leverage both group meetings and one on one meetings with employees, customers, and vendors, as well as internal data from marketing, sales, delivery, and finance to benchmark your financials and company valuation. You’ll come away with powerful insights into your business, and a clear path forward on what should change.
The Entrepreneurial Operating System(r) (EOS(r) is a comprehensive system of tools for you to manage your business through a growth phase. It simplifies everything in business into Six Key Component(TM) Vision, People, Data Issues, Processes. and Traction(r). I’ll provide an overview of the system and tools, as well as facilitate sessions to help you leadership team focus and clarify your vision and goals for rapid growth.

When a leader tells me they aren’t confident their marketing or sales is working, a Growth Strategy is typically needed. After taking a brief review of your marketing and sales assets (website, print, messaging etc), marketing and sales data, and talking with your sales team, it will help me pinpoint the specific obstacles holding you back. I’ll be able to direct you to which of the four areas above need to be reengineered for you to start experiencing growth. I usually work with the person or team responsible for revenue generation to create the customized Growth Strategy for your organization.
Growth Coaching helps key players in an organization achieve their objectives better, faster, and with more consistency. I sometimes get asked why anyone needs a coach, let alone the highest paid people in the company. Whether you’re a star athlete, a famous singer, or an organizational leader, we all need people who help us see what we’re doing more clearly. We’re often too close to the action to see it ourselves.
